You will be able to enjoy ALL Florida has to offer in this 4-bedroom / 2-bath home. Whether you enjoy spending time on the lanai, swimming in the pool, fishing in the canal or enjoy being central location to restaurants, dining or entertainment….you’ll be able have it all. After a busy day, you can also relax watching the sunsets on the screened lanai overlooking the GULF ACCESS canal. Master has a king bed, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with queen beds, and 4th with a full bed. There is a $25 per day charge for pool heat. Important: 6 guests are included in the posted rates. Garage is unavailable.

Wonderful place!
A perfect house that had everything we needed. The terrace with swimming pool and canal view are beautiful and peaceful. The house was clean and Marc was always quick to respond to our needs and questions. This place was a favorite for the whole family!
